Below are some confirmed bosses for X-Men Legends 2.

	Abyss Confirmed by demo play Various interviews already mention him as one of the bosses.
	Apocalypse Confirmed by: Official XML2 site With a cameo by the end of the first X-Men Legends game, Apocalypse will now make a full appearance on this game, and by the looks of it, things will only get worse before it gets better for the X-Men. How bad can he be to force the X-Men to have an alliance with their sworn enemies, the Brotherhood?
	Archangel Confirmed by: Official XML2 site As one of Apocalypse's Horsemen, Archangel will fight against the X-Men, whether he comes back to his senses and joins the X-Men later on in the game is yet to be seen.
	Bastion Confirmed by: Official XML2 site on September 8, 2005 He is what General Kincaid was in XML. Most likely he could pick up where Kincaid left off, alongside his Sentinels.
	Grizzly Confirmed by: various trailers A big bad guy. As member of X-Force, he is shown on various trailers fighting against the X-Men.
	Holocaust Confirmed by: Official XML2 site's "Super Powers Trailer" The son of Apocalypse.
	Lady Deathstrike Confirmed by: Official XML2 site One of the deadliest foes of Wolverine, Lady Deathstrike will sure cause quite a disturb to our favorite mutants.
	Mikhail Confirmed by: Official XML2 site In "The Twelve" storyline, Mikhail was captured by Apocalypse. And now that his brother Colossus has been confirmed as playable, a family reunion is not a bad idea. Update: Mikhail will be one of Apocalypse's Horsemen.
	Mr. Sinister Confirmed by: Official XML2 site Wherever there's Apocalypse, you will find Mr. Sinister. But does will he have an agenda of his own?
	Omega Red Confirmed by: Official XML2 site on 8/26/05 Based on the screenshots from the official site, it seems you will encounter Omega Red in Egypt.
	SugarMan Confirmed by: Official XML2 site Sugarman was quite a surprise for a boss this game. Coming from the "Age of Apocalypse" timeline, we are yet to learn whether he is a boss from there or from our own timeline.
	Zealot Confirmed by: Official XML2 site on 8/25/05 Zealot's powers work only when in Genosha Land.

The descriptions below are just my opinion. Nothing has been confirmed at this point regarding the role the villains will play.
	Abyss Confirmed!
	Bastion Confirmed!
	Deadpool Part of the Weapon X program, this jokester along with Omega Red could be part of the story. Update: A video showed him as being selectable. It is unknown if it was for Danger Room or for regular level play.
	Garrok Besides Sauron, could Garrok be another Savage Land boss, if revisited?
	Grizzly Confirmed! Rumors are floating around that Grizzly (once an X-Force team member of yesteryear) will be a boss in XML2.
	Holocaust Confirmed!
	Living Monolith With the note that "The Twelve" storyline is to happen, the Monolith is one of them and is ought to make an appearance.
	Mikhail Confirmed!
	Omega Red Confirmed! (See Deadpool).
	Sauron With mentions of having a Savage Land level, chances of Sauron as a boss are in favor.
	Stepford Cuckoos Although they are not enemies of the X-Men, they could turn out to be in an Age of Apocalypse world. (Note: If you take a closer look at the trailer, you will notice that almost at the end of it, they are standing around a circle as Wolverine is being thrown at them by the Juggernaut.)
	Stryfe If Cable is confirmed, there is a chance that his clone Stryfe will make an appearance as well.
	Zealot Confirmed! If XML II features Genosha, this fellow could be the one who oppose them, since his powers work only when in Genosha Land.

 

OTHER UNCONFIRMED BOSSES
Most than likely, bosses that appeared in the first X-Men Legends will not be bosses this time around, but that's just my opinion.
	Avalanche He had his spotlight in the first game. Don't see him being a boss this time around.
	Blob Nothing can move the Blob.
	Brood Queen With already screenshots of the Brood, there is a greater chance the X-Men will have to face their queen.
	Dark Phoenix Although she was no Dark Phoenix in the first game, could Dark Phoenix be part of Apocalypse's plans to defeat the X-Men?
	Mystique Mentioned by: IGN Although there has not been any screenshots of Mystique being playable or a boss, she has made her appearance in the trailer.
	Pyro Brotherhood and X-Men will be joining forces. Will Pyro be among them?
	Sabretooth Some are saying he will be playable, others are saying that he will be a boss, while others say neither for XML2. So for now, let's say it is 50-50.
